  • Candidate Sourcing: Conduct sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates for assigned job roles.
  • Screening Candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Correspondence: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather necessary documents.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment reports.
  • Assist in On-boarding: Participate in the on-boarding process by helping with paperwork, orientation, and new hire training.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and human resources.
  • Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.
  • Exposure to a diverse range of recruitment strategies and practices.
