- Candidate Sourcing: Conduct sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates for assigned job roles.
- Screening Candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Correspondence: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather necessary documents.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment reports.
- Assist in On-boarding: Participate in the on-boarding process by helping with paperwork, orientation, and new hire training.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and human resources.
