Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the planning, creation and execution of the Company’s marketing and promotional initiatives
- Propose and implement tailored strategies for marketing campaigns, projects and product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs
- Ensure the Company’s messaging is effectively distributed across various channels and to the targeted audience to achieve sales/campaign objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Influence existing and potential clients to engage with and utilize the Company’s products and services
- Collaborate with the team to develop new revenue streams and enhance the unit’s profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Media Planning, Advertising or Publishing
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creative problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of market trends, user behavior and media consumption patterns
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop will be an added advantage
