We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven expertise in client management and a deep understanding of the BPO and RPO landscape.

What will you do:

  • Client Acquisition & Management
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the BPO and RPO sectors.
    • Independently manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives.
    • Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Business Development Strategy
    • Formulate and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation
    • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, service agreements, and contracts.
    • Negotiate terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Industry Expertise
    • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the BPO and RPO industry to position the company as a trusted partner.
    • Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and best practices in outsourcing and recruitment.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback to the operations team to optimize service offerings based on client insights.


Who are we looking for:

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the BPO and RPO sectors (minimum 5 years).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage clients independently, from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of BPO and RPO services, including recruitment processes, outsourcing models, and operational structures.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to speak fluent English. Advantage to speak in Chinese but not mandatory.
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Work Setup:
    • Flexibility to work remotely or from the office, with willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
