Language Requirement: Candidates must speak, read, and write Mandarin. The interview will be conducted in Mandarin to test proficiency.
Contract Duration: 12 months.
Candidate Consideration: Fresh graduates are welcome.
Preferred Candidates:
2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll, specifically for China and Taiwan markets.
Less than 1 year of experience can be considered.
Open to fresh graduates, with emphasis on attitude, character, and mindset.
Open to candidates from shared services and in-house roles.
Preferred skills: SAP and Workday.
This role is a backfill.
Qualifications: Diploma holders with work experience are welcome.
Excel Skills: Proficiency in VLOOKUP, Excel templates, and pivot tables.
Interview Process:
One level of interview.
First option: face-to-face interview.
Second option: virtual interviews for non-Klang Valley candidates.
Two engagement managers per interview.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Office Attendance: 12 days per month, with arrangements to be made with the engagement manager.
