Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training & Coaching: Design and deliver training programs tailored to the specific needs of the sales team. Coach individual team members to enhance sales performance, productivity, and goal achievement.
- Team Development: Provide continuous mentoring and support to sales representatives, focusing on their professional development and skill improvement in selling Telco products, including mobility solutions, IoT, security, and cloud services.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Telco sales, including hands-on selling carrying quota and prior experience in coaching or mentoring sales teams.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Telco market, including mobility solutions, IoT, security, and cloud services.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Proven track record of coaching and mentoring sales teams to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, upselling and cross-selling techniques, and strategies for managing a product mix to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to assess sales performance, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
