Job Scope & Duties:

  • Responsible for Invoicing, data entry and other accounting functions.
  • Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Processing Purchase Orders, issuance of Sales orders, and invoices/bills with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment
  • Respond to operation-relevant inquiries regarding billing and payment.
  • To assist Manager to perform any other duties or reports when required.

Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM /LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • On job training is provided.
  • Able to start work with immediate / short notice.
  • Self -motivated, responsible, independent and possess good attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
