We're hiring a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, executing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing the customer journey to increase online sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and track the performance of online campaigns.
You will play an important role in:
- E-commerce & Corporate Website Management:
- Manage and update the e-commerce store & Corporate Website Content, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service, fulfilment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
- Develop and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines.
- Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, average order value).
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce and digital marketing performance.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Manage customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries through various platforms to maintain high satisfaction levels.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, databases, web analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work in team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
