Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling guest (REPs/Clients) - Collection of documents and providing information.
  • Assisting walk-in customers by answering their questions and providing information about Company's products, services and/or policies.
  • Processing payments: Collecting payments and preparing receipts.
  • Handling petty cash at counter.
  • Responding to customers' phone calls and emails.
  • Ensuring submitted documents are sorted, filed and registered properly and at a timely manner.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, or any other related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Independent, initiative, and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
