SG Opportunity: Supervisor & Assistant Outlet Manager (WP Provided)

SG Job Opportunity:

• Applicants MUST be willing to work at Lavender JB Taman Pelangi Flagship for a 1 month probation period.
• Only those who successfully pass this probation will be eligible for transfer to Singapore according to company policy.
• Salary in SGD will be discussed further after successfully completing the probation period.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
• Responsible for recruitment, training, and staff allocations.
• Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
• Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage all outlet staff.
• Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
• Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.
• Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.
• Always maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or in any related field of studies that relates to the F&B sector.
• 2 - 5 years of working experience as Outlet Supervisor / Asisstant Manager in the retail F&B industry.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute sales campaigns with attention to detail.
• Resourceful, self-motivated & great leadership skills.
• Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
