Job Responsibilities:
1. Supplier development and management: responsible for resource development, investigation, evaluation and inspection;
2. Supplier management and maintenance, operation assessment management;
3. Timely procurement of supplier materials, reconciliation with suppliers, timely follow-up and confirmation of materials to be received daily, recording and verification of material accounts, assisting in handling abnormal incoming materials and communicating and coordinating with relevant departments, receiving orders and following up on results; planning according to the requirements of relevant departments to ensure that raw materials and auxiliary materials for production arrive on time, and ensure that the quality of incoming materials meets the company's quality standards;
4. Execution and implementation of procurement plans; formulate procurement plans and execute procurement processes to meet procurement needs based on procurement needs and production plans; monitor the delivery and quality of supplier products and services, organize and coordinate relevant resources to formulate problem solutions; conduct payment operations based on acceptance by the demand department and payment cycle agreed in the contract;
5. Cost control: formulate procurement strategies and reduce procurement costs through negotiation and bargaining;
6. Other matters: assist the manager in team management.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,467.15 - RM12,492.35 per month
