Job Description

· Finding the decision-makers and reaching out to them

· Warming up and nurturing the leads and critically assessing their LTV based on your expertise and market predictions

· Drawing personalized business cases for our customers

· Explaining the benefits of company products in a consultative way

· Developing and implementing pricing models to streamline the closing process

· Handling the negotiations and closing deals

· Managing the sales pipeline and upholding the good practices in the CRM tool (Hubspot)
updating Sales Materials and any other resources required to help you close the deal.

· Working closely with different teams (compliance, product, account management, marketing) to make sure the deal is moving forward and there are no roadblocks (or that the designated team is working on them) visibility.

Requirements

· At least 3-5 years of experience in closing large business deals internationally.

· Proven ability to close deals worth $10k+ in tech, finance, or SaaS industries.

· Experience in negotiating directly with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, etc.).

· You should be able to work on your own in a fast-moving industry like web3, without needing constant direction.

· Be resourceful and able to find creative solutions to challenges.

· Understand what makes a deal good now and what will make it even better in the future.

· Have a strong interest in cryptocurrency and how it can create economic freedom.

· Be eager to learn and grow, with a humble attitude toward new ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
