Sales Executive - Open to Freshgrad (Life Science)

Position: Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding sales, and managing accounts within the assigned territory. With strong product knowledge, the ideal candidate will connect with customers, drive engagement, and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high levels of organization, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the reporting manager and team to achieve sales objectives.
• Drive sales activities for services, reagents, instruments, and consumables.
• Manage key accounts and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and accounts.
• Promote and manage the assigned product range within the designated territory.
• Meet sales forecasts and budget targets.
• Handle inquiries, conduct field visits, and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Perform systematic market mapping and gather and share market intelligence.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities, performance, and future plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Biochemistry, Medical Science, or related fields.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply!
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Background in molecular biology or equivalent research/industry experience.
• Experience with Next Generation Sequencing and/or Microarray technologies is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated with effective interpersonal skills.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
