Job Title: Sales Executive (Diagnostics)
Overview:
The Sales Executive (Diagnostics) is responsible for driving sales, building and managing client relationships, and promoting diagnostic products and services to healthcare providers, laboratories, and related institutions. This role requires understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the diagnostics market to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including healthcare providers and diagnostic centers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the benefits of diagnostics solutions.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the diagnostics product portfolio and effectively communicate its value to clients.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report sales activities, leads, and customer feedback using the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and technical support, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Undertake additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Medical Science, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- A strong team player.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
