Quality assurance assistant

Job description

• Perform quality inspections and testing on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet defined quality standards
• Document and maintain records of all quality control activities, including test results and corrective actions
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's quality management system
• Provide support and training to production staff on quality control procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control and root cause analysis
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
