Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and fostering strong client relationships. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the values and quality of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Welcome clients warmly and create a positive and inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on clients’ preferences and needs.
- Sales Achievement:
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals by leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing the client experience.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions about product purchases, ensuring satisfaction.
- Product Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, including their features, craftsmanship, and benefits.
- Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and trends.
- Educate clients on product care and provide styling advice to enhance their overall experience.
- Operational Duties:
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle all client transactions, including payments, exchanges, and returns, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with stock management, including restocking items, conducting inventory checks, and managing displays.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain client records in the CRM system, documenting preferences, purchases, and interactions.
- Proactively follow up with clients to share updates about new arrivals, promotions, or exclusive events.
- Address client inquiries, feedback, or complaints with professionalism and care.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Contribute to in-store events and promotional activities to boost engagement and sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in retail or customer service.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A professional, polished appearance and demeanor that aligns with the brand’s image.
