Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Welcome clients warmly and create a positive and inviting shopping atmosphere.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
  • Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on clients’ preferences and needs.
  • Sales Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals by leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing the client experience.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions about product purchases, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, including their features, craftsmanship, and benefits.
  • Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and trends.
  • Educate clients on product care and provide styling advice to enhance their overall experience.
  • Operational Duties:
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Handle all client transactions, including payments, exchanges, and returns, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with stock management, including restocking items, conducting inventory checks, and managing displays.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain client records in the CRM system, documenting preferences, purchases, and interactions.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to share updates about new arrivals, promotions, or exclusive events.
  • Address client inquiries, feedback, or complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to in-store events and promotional activities to boost engagement and sales.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in retail or customer service.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • A professional, polished appearance and demeanor that aligns with the brand’s image.
