  • Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with DMCs, accommodation providers, and cruise lines.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train the team on booking systems (GDS, cruise engines) and tour operations.
  • Tour Operations: Manage itinerary planning, costing, bookings, and ground arrangements.
  • Sales Support: Guide the sales team in promoting tour packages and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Training & Education: Provide product and destination training to internal teams and partners.
  • Field Work: Represent the company at events, travel fairs, and manage airport duties when needed.
  • Reporting: Monitor tour operations performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to motivate and guide a diverse team while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Highly attentive to detail, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and mobile technology. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and travel booking systems.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related purposes when necessary.
  • Location: Sabah, Kota Kinabalu (Temporary will work on a remote basis).
