Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Use various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.) to attract potential candidates.
- Review resumes, screen applications, and coordinate initial interviews to ensure candidates meet the role’s basic qualifications.
- Work closely with hiring managers to schedule and organize interviews, and follow up on candidate status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive experience.
- Maintain an updated talent database and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and interview-to-hire ratios.
- Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary information and documentation.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in high-volume hiring is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
