Office Management: a) Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. b) Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. c) Oversee the preparation and coordination of company events and functions. 6. Travel Coordination: a) Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. b) Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement. 7. Other Duties: a) Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. b) Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the CEO and executive team.
