Organize and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with project teams and customers to review network incidents, call logs, and operational matters. 8. Oversee the deployment of software patches, upgrades, and troubleshooting corrections, collaborating with teams across different markets and projects. 9. Provide 24/7 standby support as per roster shift schedule. 10. Offer support for night activities as required by customer requests.
