Business Development Executive

1. Responsible to assist the Business Development Manager (BDM) in all Company matters related to development, relevant licensing application / approvals, public relations, government / authority liaison and similar related functions. 2. Responsible for ensuring that all business and project development standards established are adhered to. 3. Responsible to assist the BDM in all administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopy, recording the incoming & outgoing correspondences, petty cash claims, prepare forms such as Purchase Requisition Form, WO Requisition Form, Requisition for Payment etc. 4. Responsible for submission of drawing to relevant authorities. 5. Responsible for collection of drawing from Consultant / Surveyors e.g. Preliminary, Construction and/or Submission. 6. Responsible to follow-up and collect approved & endorsed drawing from related authorities. 7. Responsible to follow-up and liaise with the related authorities staff on comments or requirement (if any) for the drawing. 8. Responsible to follow-up and liaise with the Consultant / Surveyors on any outstanding drawing. 9. Responsible to assist in monitoring and status of drawing. 10. Provide all necessary input into the planning and development of businesses undertaken by the Company.
