SUPERVISOR (OPERATION)

About the role We are seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor (Production) to join our team at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all production activities to ensure the successful completion of products. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits. What you'll be doing:- Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise Ensuring effective communication between operator teams, leaders, assistant supervisor, supervisors, managers, and other top management. Implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment Providing guidance and support to team members, and identifying opportunities for training and development Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and design, to ensure the smooth execution of production. What we're looking for:- Substantial experience as a Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant health and safety regulations Proficiency in reading and interpreting data, managerial skills, and A proven track record of successfully managing full set of production process include maintaining disciplinary action for operators.
