Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and pain levels through various assessment tools and techniques. Develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to each patient’s specific needs and rehabilitation goals. 2. Treatment Planning and Implementation: Use physical therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment to improve patient mobility and strength. Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, self-care practices, and lifestyle modifications. Administer manual therapy, ultrasound, electrotherapy, and other treatment methods as appropriate. 3. Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Communicate progress, setbacks, and discharge plans with patients and their families. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Provide advice and support on injury prevention, workplace ergonomics, and safe movement techniques. 5. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Manage appointments, prepare treatment areas, and keep equipment sanitized and organized. Qualifications: Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage. Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist. Strong understanding of human anatomy, physical therapy techniques, and rehabilitation exercises. Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach. Physical stamina and ability to assist with lifting or supporting patients when necessary. Experience: Less than 2 years experience Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
