HR MANAGER

About the role We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD' in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and processes to ensure the efficient operation of our organisation. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives Managing the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions Collaborating with departmental leaders to address workforce planning and development needs Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and wellbeing Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters Continuously improving HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a similar industry Demonstrated expertise in all areas of human resource management, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels Proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to identify and address HR challenges Proficient in using HR software and technologies to streamline processes Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field What we offer At RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
