HR EXECUTIVE

About this role :- This HR Executive role is a crucial position within RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD, a leading provider of premium perfumes and fragrances. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing a range of generalist HR functions to support the company's growth and employee engagement efforts. This is a full-time position based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. What you'll be doing :- Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires Maintaining employee records and managing HR-related documentation Administering employee benefits, leave, and other HR policies Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters Assisting with the organisation of employee engagement activities and initiatives Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Conducting HR audits and implementing process improvements Liaising with external stakeholders, such as service providers and regulatory bodies What we're looking for :- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset Proficient in HR-related software and technologies, such as HRIS and payroll systems Thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in Malaysia Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively What we offer :- At RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD, we value our employees and strive to create an environment that fosters growth, development, and work-life balance.
