  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Technical Support

  • Assist in providing IT support for employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to service desk tickets and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

2. Network & Systems Maintenance

  • Participate in routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and security patches.
  • Learn about and assist in managing company servers, databases, and network systems.

3. Software Development & Programming Support

  • Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of internal software tools and applications.
  • Help with debugging code and writing scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
  • Collaborate with the development team to support ongoing programming tasks and projects.
  • Learn and work with version control systems such as Git or GitHub for collaborative software projects.

4. Hardware & Software Installation

  • Help install, configure, and update both hardware and software systems.
  • Assist in the setup of new devices for employees, ensuring compatibility with company systems and applications.
  • Work with IT staff to inventory and document hardware and software assets.

5. Cybersecurity Support

  • Assist in implementing security measures to protect company data, systems, and networks.
  • Help monitor and update antivirus and other security software to ensure protection from malware and other cyber threats.
  • Learn about firewalls, encryption, and other cybersecurity protocols.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Assist in documenting IT processes, procedures, and configurations for reference and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain user manuals or help guides for employees to use IT systems more effectively.
  • Help track IT inventory and generate reports as required by the IT department.

7. Collaboration with the IT Team

  • Work closely with senior IT staff to learn about different areas of IT support and systems management.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by the IT team, including research, analysis, and implementation tasks.
  • Attend team meetings to understand ongoing projects and contribute to discussions or brainstorming sessions.

Pay: RM499.00 - RM500.00 per month
