We are seeking a Part-Time/Freelance Accountant who will independently manage the full set of financial and managerial accounts for our Singapore-registered entity. The ideal candidate should ideally be proficient in Xero accounting software or other similar platform accounting software and have a proven track record of handling accounts for Singapore-based businesses. This remote role requires someone with initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation and accurate records for audit purposes.
• Support year-end financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

Requirements:

• Location: Malaysia-based candidates only (remote work).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling full set of accounts, specifically for Singapore-registered companies.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Xero accounting software is preferred.
• Education: Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Singapore's accounting regulations, GST, and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with travel agency-related accounted is a plus.
