Job Opening: JANUARY 2025
Work Tasks:
Administration + Correspondence
- Attend To Inquiry via Email, Phone Call & Mobile Whatsapp / Messages.
Data Entry, Filing and Organization
- Using Excel & SQL Accounting + Payroll Software to Input & Update Business + Manufacturing Operation.
Financial Record (Account Receivable & Payable)
- Prepare Staffs Payroll, Utility Bills, Customer & Supplier: Payment & Purchase Voucher; Process Online Payment; Reconcile Account Database etc.
Manage Customer Transporter Delivery Order
- Process Customer + Supplier D.O. With Pick-up Drivers During Collection / Delivery Of Products.
- Prepare Parcel Delivery Consignment Note For Courier Service
Note: The Job Position Offer In-House Training With 6 Months Probational Period.

- Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm;
- Saturday : 8am - 1pm.
