Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales agent WhatsApp groups, ensuring efficient communication and dissemination of information.
- Communicate effectively with sales agents via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve order-related issues raised by agents.
- Provide support to the videographer in video filming when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, via WhatsApp and phone.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Proficiency in poster and video editing software such as Canva and CapCut is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Diploma in a related field (preferably in communications).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
