JOB DESCRIPTION
- - Prepare yearly Annual Training Plan (ATP), develop appropriate Training Manual and ensure any other training related material, asset are prepared and well maintained.
- - Update relevant Training Records & maintain Training Procedure to ensure it is comply with the standards.
- - Internship Programme coordinator with hiring, documentation and allocation.
- - Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) person in-charge, applying HRDF grant, claim, documentation, updates and awards.
- - HR Dept Project with Global HR Team
- - Apprenticeship Programme with Technical Institute with hiring, documentation and allocation.
- - Support HR administrator daily task if required.
REQUIREMENT
- - Min 3-5 years of experience in Training & Experience in SOP, Policy & Procedure documents, Prepare yearly Annual Training Plan (AT), HDF Officer
- - Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or in relevance field.
- - Must have computer proficiency (MS Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
