Job Responsibilities
- Support the overall HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all HR functions, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, and Compliance.
- Manage and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, offering HR insights and recommendations on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Address complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce engagement programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Continuously stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to enhance HR operations and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously while driving organizational goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM20,000.00 per month
