Scrum Master (1 Year Retainer)

FarmByte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its digital capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve on a freelance basis for 1 year, in assisting to complete some of its major projects. The Job Description for the prospect Scrum Master are as below;

• Act as a servant-leader for Agile development teams, promoting collaboration and removing impediments to progress.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in the effective adoption and implementation of Agile principles, values, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, prioritize user stories, and ensure clear and actionable requirements.
• Monitor and track sprint progress, identifying potential risks and ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals.
• Coach team members and stakeholders to improve their understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Use Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to measure team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure alignment between development teams and business objectives through effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Support cross-team coordination and help resolve interdependencies.
