Role Summary:
- Provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Individuals who are responsible for both Business Partnership and Employee Resource Management, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative. For use in businesses that are operating in the traditional HR model (not HR Partnership Model).
- Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
- Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR support or an administrative or client services role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma
- Customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via a Global HR Center
- 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
Desired Characteristics:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Teams, Word, Outlook, Access, Excel
- Familiarity with customer service environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs and SLAs
- Knowledge of Workday system and understanding of the onboarding process will be an added advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
