JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 (Five) years’ working experience in related field.
  • Ability to coordinate, monitor and control the work progress.
  • Good command in Mandarin and English.
  • Dedicated, committed to produce excellent results & willing to assume leadership roles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Oversea and manage the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring effective collaboration and task management among project coordinators.
  • Work closely with teams to define project goals and deliverables and establish project plans and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Analyzing and resolving any matter related to the project to ensurethe smooth operation & completion of project.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and clients to allocate resources appropriately.
  • Liaising with contractors and ensure projects meet due date as per scheduled.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring effective communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Plan consultation schedule and ensures sufficient allocation of manpower resources.
  • Assist in preparation of PowerPoint & other material for consultation presentation
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
  • Foster a positive team environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to project team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging knowledge related to Food & Beverage industry and project management.
