JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 (Five) years’ working experience in related field.
Ability to coordinate, monitor and control the work progress.
Good command in Mandarin and English.
Dedicated, committed to produce excellent results & willing to assume leadership roles.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Experience in Food & Beverage industry is highly desirable.
High mobility and able to travel with own transport.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Oversea and manage the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring effective collaboration and task management among project coordinators.
Work closely with teams to define project goals and deliverables and establish project plans and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Analyzing and resolving any matter related to the project to ensurethe smooth operation & completion of project.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and clients to allocate resources appropriately.
Liaising with contractors and ensure projects meet due date as per scheduled.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring effective communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Plan consultation schedule and ensures sufficient allocation of manpower resources.
Assist in preparation of PowerPoint & other material for consultation presentation
Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
Foster a positive team environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to project team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging knowledge related to Food & Beverage industry and project management.
