In line with our expansion, we are urgently seeking for:
Warehouse Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all good receiving, unstuffing & storage activities with minimal supervision.
- To manage an accurate inventory system and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
- To manage shipments preparations, arrangement, and documentations according to the requirements.
- Monitor and verify Finished Good preparation for shipment.
- Responsible to ensure proper and secured storage in place.
- Monitor daily warehouse stock movement.
- Work closely with other departments to meet customer requirements and resolve any issues or concern.
- Facilitate the requirement from auditors on stock count
- Keep the warehouse and other areas tidy and clean. Make ready the whole warehouse area for any customer/regulatory audit.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control and timely replenishments.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Software (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong Supervisory skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience with inventory software such as SAP, Oracle, or other WMS tools.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in handling warehouse operations.
