The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing advertising and promotional campaigns, including events, online and social media activities. Additionally, the role involves contributing to leasing and placemaking efforts, ensuring active engagement with potential tenants and organizing impactful events for the project.
1. Sales & Marketing Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and develop sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities, including events, roadshows, online media, and social media campaigns.
- Analyse trends and campaign performance to formulate strategic sales pitches and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Attend to prospects at sales galleries, property exhibitions, roadshows, events, and other sales-related engagements.
- Actively source new leads and prospects to drive sales closures.
- Follow up on Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) signing, loan agreement processing, and payment collection.
- Address customer queries, resolve complaints promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in general marketing activities and perform related tasks as assigned.
2. Leasing and Placemaking Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract prospective tenants and optimize occupancy rates.
- Liaise with potential tenants, conduct property viewings, and support the negotiation and finalization of lease agreements.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute placemaking initiatives to enhance the project's appeal, vibrancy, and community engagement.
- Plan and manage community events and experiential activities to create a unique and engaging environment for residents, tenants, and visitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and event partners to foster long-term collaborations.
Monitor tenant performance and ensure alignment with project branding and positioning goals
C. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales, marketing, leasing or events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is beneficial.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
