  • Champion company culture and ensure employees adapt to evolving business strategies.
  • Analyze HR data (e.g., attrition rates, engagement scores) and recommend improvements to leadership.
  • Track HR initiatives to measure ROI and success.
  • Promote DEI initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure HR practices adhere to diversity goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the medical industry and in Malaysia
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations related to human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in Microsoft Office & Power BI and HR2000
