- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and execute people strategies that drive organizational performance.

- Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and support workforce planning.

- Champion company culture and ensure employees adapt to evolving business strategies.
- Analyze HR data (e.g., attrition rates, engagement scores) and recommend improvements to leadership.
- Track HR initiatives to measure ROI and success.
- Promote DEI initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure HR practices adhere to diversity goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the medical industry and in Malaysia
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations related to human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in Microsoft Office & Power BI and HR2000
