Responsibilities:
- Comprehend customer inquiries and provide responses through the non-voice channel: chat and email.
- Grasp customer inquiries, ensuring they receive answers or are directed to the appropriate support channel.
- Handle customer escalations, ensuring timely responses, tracking, and necessary further escalation.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the clients processes
- Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in both English and, Mandarin or Cantonese
- Open for SPM (minimum 2 years in CS)
- Open for fresh graduate (Diploma and Degree)
