Fresh Graduate - Sales Specialist

Job Title: Sales Specialist (IT Sales)
Location: Petaling Jaya

Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am – 6pm
Job Type: Permanent | Full-time

Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales professional to develop and manage relationships with VARs, resellers, solution providers, MSPs, and other channel partners. The role focuses on driving revenue and profit growth through the sales of data center hardware (servers, storage, networking products) to our core customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect new customers through cold calls, social media, face-to-face meetings, video calls, and email marketing.
• Sell to VARs, resellers, distributors, outsourcers, and manufacturers.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
• Generate and manage hardware business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide responsive customer service, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely shipments, receipts, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with team members to cross-sell product lines.
• Work with warehouse and engineering teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and company operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• University or college degree (compulsory).
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
