We’re looking for a Sous Chef to take charge of the kitchen at Sid’s Pub! If you’re passionate about cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love crafting hearty, delicious meals, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver top-quality dishes.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
- Maintain kitchen standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Pub Manager to manage inventory and kitchen efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef or similar).

- Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Passion for great food and excellent service.
- Must be able to cook non-halal food.
