About the role
The role of Learning & Development Specialist is to developing knowledge, skills and capability of staffs to carry out their work tasks effectively through formulation of policies, strategies and framework, then implementing the learning programs with reviews and necessary actions on the learning outcomes. Managing the resources, budget, tools, documentation and systems while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance and high-quality learning experience.
What you will do
  • Development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Learning Management system (LMS) and related platforms through partnerships with vendor, IT personnel and business process owners.
  • Integrate learning curriculum into various learning platforms including e-learning, virtual learning, and web applications using multiple authoring and multimedia tools.
  • Coordinate integration of LMS with various internal systems such as SAP and Workday.
  • Facilitate and participate in course delivery strategies that are learner-centered and user-friendly to provide a meaningful and dynamic user experience.
  • Utilize LMS reporting capabilities and custom reports to assist with planning and managing Nexperia’s training and development initiatives.
  • Work with SMEs and business process owners to develop and design learning materials, review learning content, while promoting learning culture across business units and functions.
  • Coordinate instructor-led courses, enrolments and upload session recordings into LMS.
  • Administer user groups with effective access management, providing training and step-by-step guidance to end users and administrators or power users.
  • Develop supporting workflows, actively monitor LMS performance, usage, traffic flow, troubleshooting and recommend/implement improvements.
  • Assist the Manager on ad-hoc, special projects & priority tasks as and when required.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Information Technology, Multimedia or any related fields. Related certifications in learning technologies are an added advantage.
  • About 3 years of experience in e-learning technologies, Human Resources, IT, Web development or related experiences.
  • Fluency in oral and written English with ability to work well with people at all levels and lead relevant workgroups.
  • Creative & diversified in providing learning and system solutions.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural global work environment.
