Position Summary

The HR Coordinator will oversee training coordination and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth execution of training programs and compliance with HRDF requirements. The role also involves managing the company’s professional networking platforms for updates and engagement while working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in any field (Information Technology is an added advantage).
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for training and HR administration are encouraged to apply. Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we value candidates who demonstrate strong interest in coordinating training programs and handling HR-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with HRDF processes, claims, and compliance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Conversational verbal skills in English and excellent written communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or CapCut (added advantage).
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, able to maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable, proactive, and resourceful in handling tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage training arrangements, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
  • Handle HRDF-related matters, such as claims submission, compliance, and liaising with HRDF personnel.
  • Maintain and organize training records, including attendance, certificates, and other documentation.
  • Prepare training reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Manage and update company social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) for professional updates and engagement.
  • Post updates about training programs and events while ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Maintain filing systems for HR-related documentation and follow up with employees and external stakeholders.
  • Resourceful in sourcing and coordinating with external training providers for both internal and public training programs as directed by superior.
  • Work independently to complete tasks accurately and on time, taking initiative to resolve any issues.
  • Carry effective communication with all stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
