Requirements:

Commis Chef:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Team player with good communication skills
• Prior experience is a plus, but not necessary

Demi Chef:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

Commis Chef:

• Assisting in the preparation of meals
• Ensuring ingredients are prepped and ready for service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assisting with inventory and stock management

Demi Chef:

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards
• Supervising and guiding commis chefs and kitchen assistants
• Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
• Managing kitchen operations in the absence of the head chef

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
