The ideal candidate will oversee the company’s Digital Marketing strategies & growth together with the Digital Marketing team, ensuring successful marketing campaigns, advertisements & digital contents that align with company’s branding.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in administrative and support functions while being involved in digital and offline marketing activities. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage social media inquiries, prepare reports, assist the team, and support offline events such as roadshows and exhibitions as and when required.
You should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), eager to learn and experience new platforms & trends. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy supporting team projects while contributing to engaging content and event coordination, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Accountabilities
- -Good understanding & knowledge on utilizing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube) to create engaging contents. -Daily monitoring & engaging with enquiries across all social media channels in a timely manner. -Coordinate and organize marketing team schedules, meetings, and documentation. -Maintain and update databases, files, and contact lists. -Proactive & takes initiative to perform marketing research on latest digital trends. -Assist in scheduling and posting content as directed by the Digital Marketing team. -Manage brand’s digital assets and ensures that contents are up to date, fits the overall brand image, adheres to guidelines and best practices. -Basic knowledge of Meta & Tik Tok advertisement and LIVE streams. -Able to understand digital insights & generates Social Media Analytics & Campaign reports. -To monitor and report on campaigns’ progress and suggest ways to improve. -Able to manage marketing database & email/text distribution. -Collaborate with the design, content, and events teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. -Able to work independently & proactively update Digital Marketing Manager by sourcing collaboration & advertisement potentials. -To be proactive and takes initiative to solve campaign inquiries, ad-hoc requests, both independently and in a team in a timely manner. -Develop a good understanding of the consumer market, including gathering information and insights on consumers behavior, preferences & understand the competitive landscape. - Assist in the planning and organization of roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
