Job Summary: The Channel Sales Manager plays a dual role in managing and growing channel partnerships while also taking on responsibilities to engage directly with clients. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth, enabling channel partner success, and ensuring direct client engagement by providing preparing proposals, and closing deals. Experience with ERP solutions and managing ERP channel partners is highly advantageous Key Responsibilities:
Channel Sales Management:
Partner Development & Management:
- -Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the partner network. -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners. -Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and align on goals.
Sales Enablement:
- -Train and equip channel partners with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell the company’s software. -Develop and execute joint business plans and sales strategies with channel partners.
Performance Management:
- -Set and monitor sales targets for channel partners and provide ongoing support to meet these targets. -Analyze sales data and generate reports to measure partner performance and overall channel success.
Pre-Sales & Direct Engagement:
Prospect Screening:
- -Collaborate with marketing to nurture leads for both direct engagement and channel partners
Product Demonstrations:
- -Conduct compelling and tailored product demonstrations for prospects, showcasing the value and functionality of the software solutions.
Proposal Development:
- -Develop and present customized proposals to prospects, addressing their specific business needs.
