- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
- Able to handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
- Reconcile financial statements, Prepare, send and store invoices.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, SQL/QNE software is preferred.
- Prepare payment through Internet banking.
- Prepare Cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
- Year-end audit preparation.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
- Able to call customer to follow up collection.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience on the similar role
- Able to speak in Mandarin and English
- At least SPM
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Administrative Assistant top skills & proficiencies.
- Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping.
