  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
  • Able to handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
  • Reconcile financial statements, Prepare, send and store invoices.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.

  • Able to call customer to follow up collection.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience on the similar role
  • Able to speak in Mandarin and English
