- Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction by ensuring high-quality care and seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve operational issues or client complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitoring and optimizing production processes to maximize output and minimise wastage.
- Coordinating with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Understand the design drawings and production drawings and conduct quality check.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Managing a team of production staff and providing guidance, training and support as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage the Suppliers and Contractors to rectify if there are any defects prior to delivery to site.
- Prepare and maintain production reports (Weekly & monthly).
- Handling inspection by customers / local authorities.
- To ensure all employees, including sub-contractors and suppliers are complied with company’s QAQC procedures.
- To handle ISO requirement and documentation.
- Procurement and inventory management of supplies and equipment to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (knowledge of construction practices is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing multiple construction site and factory
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive operational success.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of CIDB, JKKP, CREAM and related practices is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cultural sensitivity skills.
