Teammate Sales (4 Months Contractual - Traditional Mandarin)

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries via email and live chat support channels.
• Filter content from the client's website.
• Perform data and research functions.
• Provide support using basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary.
• Document all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures.
• Strive for good customer satisfaction and experience.
• Ensure all calls are handled professionally based on the client's quality guidelines.
• Meet and exceed client-mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Position - Teammate Sales (4 months Contractual-Traditional Mandarin)

Location -Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Work Timing - Day shift only (10 am-10 pm), 5 days per week (off day not guaranteed weekend), 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day

• 6 months of outbound experience is required.
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Traditional Mandarin speaking and Traditional Mandarin typing are required as Teammates will be supporting Taiwanese customers
• Basic English skills are required
• Salary: Basic: RM 4500 - 4700 based on working experience and interview performance
• Sales incentive: 20% from base pay
• Holiday pay, OT will be provided
