Senior Account Associate

    • Check and approved payments for all assigned companies
    • Monitor and verify collections
    • Review and approve journal entries and contract payments and receipts
    • Check accounts closing workings performed by juniors
    • Prepare and review management accounting reports prepared by juniors
    • Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and tax agents, ensuring timely and accurate provision of information and documentation
    • Check and prepare yearly budget to submit to Group HQ
    • Perform tax and deferred tax computations
    • Prepare notes to accounts and analysis for assigned companies
    • Provide backup support to team members as needed
    • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors

    Account Assistant

      • Manage all accounting transactions relating to finalizing the accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
      • Ensure accuracy and timely submissions of financial and management reports.
      • Perform and monitor reconciliations for all Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet items.
      • Ensure compliance of financial policies and regulatory requirements.
      • Perform tax computations and tax estimates.
      • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.
      • Any other duties assigned from time to time.
      • Handling of monthly execution report.
      • Handling of payment to supplier, vendors, statutory bodies and process of staff claims by online banking/ cheques payment mode.
      • Updating of journal entries into accounting system.
      • Handling of monthly suspense account and bank reconciliation.
      • Handling of document Imaging.
      • Performing other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time.

      Senior Account Associate

      • Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent
      • Candidate with more than 3 years' experience
      • Strong analytical mind, observant and good communication skills
      • Proficient in MS Office applications
      • Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills

      Account Assistant

      • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
      • Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting field
      • Fresh graduate may be considered as Clerk position
      • Strong analytical mind, observant and good communication skills
      • Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
