About the Role
Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processesProcess insurance policy adjustments, renewals and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.
Process all incoming bills & payments requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
May facilitate passing through policy-specific client instructions / enquiries to relevant parties
Performing day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on daily basis.
Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirement.
Ensure team operating efficiency.
Others:
Correspond and reply via email to business partners or intermediaries on clarification and enquiries on the cases received (if any)
Continuously attend/involve with training for personal and career development.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in insurance policy processing experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration or related fields
Excellent written & spoken English language skills
Good attention to details & organization skills
