- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending conferences, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures that align with the organization's growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and industry influencers.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and present solutions that align with the organization's offerings.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to secure profitable partnerships.
- To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc task may be assigned by the Manager from time to time
- Minimum SPM
- Min 2 - 3 years Sales experience in Manufacturing Industry/related to engineering industry is an added advantage
- Fluently spoken/written/read in English and Mandarin is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel as required for business meetings and industry events.
- Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate.
